This hotel is crazy in need of MAJOR repairs, I am currently here as a company has put us up here for a training. It would not recommend this hotel to anyone, if anything try to go to any other hotel but here, the Crowne next store is $40 bucks more a night but at least you will know you are walking into a clean room, up to date rooms, and rooms not needing major repairs. I'm currently staying here now on a business trip for work and thus has been the worst experience ever. This hotel is dirty, the employees are rude and barely speak English. I checked in on Sunday afternoon and the front desk clerk who had a nasty fake tan and big boobs and short dark hair and wore glasses was so condescending and rude kept asking for a credit card after I told her repeatedly that this room had been paid for in advanced and I even showed her my receipt where it...read full review

First room carpet not swept, air conditioner didn't work, phone didn't work, TV didn't workâ€” moved us to second room carpet not swept, light in bathroom didn't work, TV didn't work. Third room TV didn't work. We walked up the stairs 5 floors because the Elevator was stuck. Carpets in hallways needed swept We waited 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick us up.
