I love this place. I have Celiac Disease and they are extremely accommodating. I forgot to mention it on my online order and called them and they immediately went and let the kitchen staff know it was a special order. Also, don't sleep on the tots. They're amazing.

We prefer vegetarian food, so we order smoked cheddar, and fire roasted Elote Queso, also rango tango and power plant tacos very delicious. The person was helping us she was very nice since it was our first time she took her time out explained everything calmly

We love that we can get vegitarian tacos that have acctual variety. Not just beans, lettuce, and tomato.

Thank you for your response to our visit to Condado Tacos.
We did return to the restaurant on Superbowl Sunday, this time including my elderly mother-in-law. We were met with a smile. The atmosphere was totally different than our first visit. My mother-in-law loved the food. Definitely not a 1 star rating experience this time.

MacKenzie was once again our server. 5/5 stars from her as usual. She has a lot of followers that love to go wherever she is a server or bartender because of her social skills and great service to her customers. Also, the other staff was equally as personable. Especially the food runner. I didn't get her name, but she wears glasses and has reddish brown curly hair. She seemed as though she was having fun with the customers and was smiling.

Again, the vibe was totally different on our second visit!

It's very evident that your goal is customer satisfaction and it should be reflected by the staff as well. It was clear that on Superbowl Sunday, you had staff there that had the same goal as you.

I'm glad I didn't let ONE staff member who didn't have a team mindset, ruin my opinion of the establishment as a WHOLE.

First time ever trying this place last night and it was amazing. Our server was super friendly and great at answering all of our questions. The margarita flight was delicious I loved the hibiscus. We will definitely be back!!

Waited 30 minutes for a DD order. Never got it. Was barely even acknowledged. No reassurance from the workers whatsoever

Condado has CONSISTENTLY great food. Margarita options seem never ending, a drink for every taste. But hands down the best thing, is their hand made tortilla chips. Literally melt in your mouth!

Shout out to Chandra, she is part of management at this location. While there today, they were noticably busy, and she took the time to talk and even color with my very loud 2 year old.
