It depends on who's on duty the food is always good for the most part I mean occasionally you get something that's not great but it's up to the people on duty some of them are very very unfriendly

I like it

I do like Costco. But be careful when you wash your hands in the bathroom! The water temperature is extremely hot!! I have eczema on my hands and it’s too hot on my tender hands. I also have two small kids and they had difficulty washing their hands at the sink because of the water. If kids are unable to safely wash their hands, that should be a sign it’s too hot. This should be a major safety hazard for their customers.

Foods good but the selection is pretty lackluster compared to their main competitor, and the food court staff seem to be interested in getting you in and out as fast as possible with little attention paid to body language.I've had one person come up to the register and just stare at me as if they were waiting for my order. No 'hello' or 'how can I help you?'.

Dear Costco, it’s me. Your loyalist customer. Since you guys opened June 23 2016, not a day has went by where I have not came to visit. I fill up Every. Single. Day. Rain or Shine and have spend $150,000 in diesel. Please don’t break up with me. Don’t stop selling diesel please. Sincerely, your number 1 fan Ryan

Foods always great and so is the customer service!

All the employees in the kitchen were busting butt crushing it with smiles on their faces this evening! We ordered 5 pizzas for my sons birthday and showed up late… no one acted irritated or frustrated. They were running around sweating and still treating everyone so kindly! They need a recognition and a raise!

Very nice and very clean place

on July 2nd we had an appointment to get new tires. we were told that the wrong size were ordered for our car. no big deal, order the correct tires and we will be back the following weekend. Right? No wrong, very wrong. We were told they needed to put our car back together and we would be on our way. easy enough. When we got there we had brakes, we got into the car to leave and the brakes went to the floor.. got the service people who were very helpful, young lady pointed out the car was not lifted traditional spot due to rust. manager comes out shuts the girl up with his look and basically tells us to find a ride home and the damage was coincidental. uhm so we had brakes when we got there and none when we left and you have no responsibility? Ridiculous. spoke to a assistant manager at the customer service desk who was supposed to contact the manager of the store ( not tire center manager kierh) who was in turn to contact us. Never happened. I'm not looking for a new car just repair the brake line you broke. Don't get tires at Costco. 100 percent do not recommend

Just moved in to Indianapolis and bought few furniture at this location.The Manager and employees customers service was very helpful professional and Amazing.I had company vehicle and they loaded all the furniture into the truck and I couldn't make it without them.Special thanks to employee Gaige!!!I do appreciate your patience and helping ??
