This was a lovely experience and the view of the city from the 13th floor penthouse was spectacular. There were a few glitches in service, which were not unexpected considering the students are learning. The food was very good and variety was great. We went for lunch, and the food would easily have been a dinner. Maybe the same meal is served for dinner? Price is $25 for lunch and $30 for dinner. We'll go back in a couple of weeks!
We were so pleased with our recent dinner at Courses restaurant. The presentation and taste of the food was impressive.. The two of us had the following: PEAR, BEETROOT, WALNUT, POCKET & ROQUEFORT SALAD, and the MUSHROOM MILLE-FEUILLE for appetizers, White Fish Poached in a Court Bouillon robed in a classic beurre blanc sauce with broccolini and rice pilaf and COQ AU VIN for our entrées. I am not a big meat eater but found the chicken in the COQ AU VIN to be tender and moist....
The service was great. I liked my food for the most part, but the steak served was a little too chewy for my liking. There also was a little bit of a wait. I realize though that this a working restaurant for students and they improve with constructive feedback.😊
