Culinary students cook and serve. Sometimes, service is a bit slow, but the view is spectacular so remain calm and enjoy the experience. The food is a great value and always prepared with great care.
The ambiance of the Penthouse was a wonderful throwback to elegant quietness. The student waitstaff could not be more enthusiastic and willing to cater to our every need.
