I went here on a date Thursday evening and now thank half of the games were broken and they said they didn't have a tech there to fix them. I used to go here all the time and it was a lot of fun. I felt like we wasted a lot of money and the prices went up drastically. I hate that they got rid of the power meal specials because we ate and drank . I will probably not be coming back to this location.
My son’s birthday was last night. He has had a dave and busters card for over 5 years that he has steadily built to over 50,000 points. Last night he lost it within 10m Of us being there. I had just loaded it with money. He was looking all over and so distraught. Our waitress- Angela noticed this and tried to help. We can't rate this place high enough. As for the poor reviews, these people are picking at facts that are known before you walk in the door. Dave & Buster's isn't a Michelin Star rated restaurant... it is an entertainment venue to have a good time. Frustrating people have to be so negative about it having "ordinary food"... that is exactly as it is designed to be... ordinary food. This is a place to come, have a good time, enjoy some smiles, play some games, win some prizes.
