Frozen box of meat/ fish on the ground.
Not so great egussi sauce with cold fish.
They charge you for bottle of water that's unbelievable.

The food I thought it was good last time , I got some from there but because I had ordered it from doordash last time but this time I went like two days ago and I had went in because they didn’t answer the phone when I called so I can have it ready so I can just grab n go but I ordered it personally because I was close to the area and come to find out the food was reheated in the microwave the chicken was hard n dry like they had cooked it like a couple days before and that’s disgusting gave me diarrhea I was sick and disgusted by that so I’m never gonna eat from this place only again I’ll try egusi soup and fufu somewhere else where it fresh but this place never again. paid 25 dollars just to get sick no thank you

This place is great,the food beats any other African food places I have visited in Indianapolis,the jollof rice has d real smoky flavor and taste,the vegetable is a banger,the bead is very soft and delicious,this place is the best ever

DONT GO HERE!

Me and my cousin went there and it was flys everywhere attacking us and I placed a online order pick up on their website and the cost was $35 and when I got there to pick it up he said he somehow didn’t see the order and we had to wait almost an hour to get our food not only that the man was rude and when it was time to pay the price was $44 when on the website it say’s different. I honestly think he SCAMED us.

Plus a customer (a man) came in after us and magically got their food before us. The way he spoke with him was nice a respectful but when he was speaking to me and my cousin he was rude and had a weird attitude. Probably because we are girls ??‍♀️ idk but they would HAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD DO IT.

He also asked me and my cousin if he could “join us” to eat which is weird and unprofessional considering we are minors and clearly look like it.

THE PLACE LOOKED A MESS and I will never be going back there again the food is okay but it’s not worth the experience or the price.

The food was nasty it’s like they just macro waved it . He lied to me that the food is freshly made everyday , the meat was frozen I cold not even eat it . He didn’t seem to care at all so I just paid and left his food on the table . Nasty nasty nasty .

I was taken care of by Tem I and she was absolutely amazing. She told me what was the best to get. She made it her food is absolutely wonderful. The service was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and at home. You all should absolutely come and check this place out. It was very. Cool cool, environmental. Awsome cultural People to be around you will be foolish not to try it

Zero stars It truly smells awful in there and the food smells the same way I couldn’t even eat the egusi stew. The taste was egusi but it was missing something n stinky( not like different foreign smell but actually stink) it was inedible compared to other African restaurants within the city that don’t have a rotten smell isn’t over priced and verrrrryyy good, I should’ve walked away smh check out EKO or another place not this one
