Domino's Pizza

Can't ever get the correct pizza and when I call about the issue they are rude and put you on hold for a hour or more. Because of this I dont think ill ever order from here again.

The pizza was perfect. No problems with quality. Walked in and said hello to associate making pizza, ignored completely, no worries, she was busy. Other lady never looked up from her phone, after 5 or 6 minutes I asked if I could just grab the pizza off the rack myself. She then handed it over with no words. Very odd. But they made a good pie

I ordered a pizza for delivery, and proceeded to get the wrong order. I called to let them know the mix up and was told they would remake and abruptly hung up the phone couldn’t even get a word out to ask about instructions or details on the order said a total of maybe 5 words the whole call.

Best dominoes around, never have an issue with the food. Got food delivered by Peterson and have to say he's a gent. I apologize for shouting at you, you scared me when you knocked lol

Would give it a 0 stars if I could have I tried to order on the app it gave me a error multiple times so I called in to a different dominos to order I was delivered from the location that gave me the error and the location I called I then called and spoke with someone about the issue and was told I should have called to make sure the order didn’t go through! like what it was an error and the order was still in my cart in the app what did I need to call and check they also wanted me to call the location that actually helped me and have them refund me my money when the issue wasn’t with them
The delivery from the other location was amazing it is from the one on 82nd street by castleton mall in the pictures below you can see the difference in pizza thank you 82nd street manager Maxwell for taking care of us

Staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. I’ve worked many food service jobs before and have never treated customers the way they do even when I’ve been swamped with work. They always mess up orders, ignore you when you go to the store in person, and never deliver to the correct location. Even when you call to inform them about their mistakes, they do not apologize and hang up on you.

Have ordered many many times from this store and they always do a great job. I honestly wasn’t the biggest domino’s fan but this location is incredibly consistent and the manager is extremely friendly and helpful.
