Had issues placing my order in the web, it wouldn't take my card. Then when we got to the restaurant at first they couldn't find the order, the had to wait 20 minutes while they cooked it. Wall.some of it, anyway. The dessert we ordered was hot, while the pizza and bread sticks were almost warm.

I am old-school. I like it when I can call up a spot directly, place my order, then dip by to pick it up. So, I was surprised when I found out the number I called was a call center.But, the whole process was smoother than I thought. I made the call and stopped by on my way home from work. I was greeted when I entered, even though people were back in the kitchen, and also had to add something to my order at the last minute. They adjusted my order with no problem. I received my...
