They don't always follow directions on special orders. I asked for "made to order" Fish sandwiches with extra Tarter sauce & Red Onion, they cooked the Fish fresh but didn't put any Red Onions on the sandwiches & gave extra Tarter sauce in small containers with lids but no utensils to put it on the Sandwiches ?!?! ?
I ordered a French dip meal. I didn't get my au jus sauce. That beats the point of having a good sandwich. I am not mad. All I'm saying is next time make sure you guys give the customer the au jus sauce. I used to work at a fast food restaurant, I know how it can be. Sometimes mistakes can happen. I love Arby's. I will continue to order from Arby's. I just don't want you guys to get a very rude customer. This is the first time this has happened. That's why I'm not mad about it.

Giving 5 stars because the crew really rocked it this day. This was day of major storms knocking out power and shutting down lot of other businesses. The restaurant was overwhelmed with customers more than I ever saw it and the manager and staff did great at dealing with it all.
