I ordered through Uber Eats. It’s not their job to make sure the order is correct. So it’s not their fault. But if your going to substitute one item for another. At least call and find out if they like the new items. They can ask through Uber Eats.
asked for bo ice in my medium Carmel macchiato. when i got a drink that was way less than half full. I gave it back to them and ask them to just make it with ice but please give me the full drink that I paid for. They took the less than half-full drink put a few ice cubes in it and gave me a spill less than full drink back. It was very strong because it did not have enough milk in it for the Coffee shots.
