Used to love going to Einstein. The bagels are superior to Panera, but during the pandemic they cleared their dining room of tables and I haven’t seen them back at any locations including this one. I was hoping that would have changed by now but it seems they’ve settled on not being a good place to go and have breakfast with your kids and family unless you want to sit outside in 40 degree weather on a March morning. Used to be a good place for me, but sadly not anymore.

Technically they served me cold coffee. But it’s not cold brew, they served me iced coffee (hot brewed then chilled). They charge more for it for a reason. The young woman who was sweet didn’t hear me say “cold brew black” and handed me one with milk so I asked for it to be made black. No worries, it happens. But the coffee was so exceedingly bad that I threw it out and feel cheated out of $3.50 + tip. Normally I love Caribou coffee but heaven knows what I was served. Like week old folgers.

I usually love coming here and getting bagels for the week. However this week I got plain, blueberry, and French toast. It tasted like onion, onion, and onion. Maybe everything bagel? I thought I maybe saw seeds on one that may have brushed from one to another. I understand that if they’re in the same case it’s sometimes an issue but I’ve never had them taste purely like onion. It just stinks that I get to throw out 3 bagels out of 6 because a blueberry bagel that tastes like onion is an unholy level of gross.

This location is terrible, but Einstein as a company is not good as well. I have ordered from this location through Uber eats twic and every time, they are closed. I decided to go to the location today and there was a sign on the door saying the dining room was temporarily closed, which I assume meant you couldn’t go inside to order and eat. I sent over a complaint via the online form through Einstein’s website and it states someone will be in touch. It’s been two months and I have never been contacted. Terrible place of business and will no longer fight to be a consumer of theirs. 3 strikes.

We drove 30 minutes for a bagel just to get there and the store hours are wrong!!! They are open 6am to 12pm! The hours they have on the website and Google are wrong! So wrong and not cool! Will never recommend or go back!

This location constantly has order online only and doesn’t have the entire menu available to order and you’re stuck with different flavors of bagels you don’t want. If you’re doing online only publish that on a Facebook page and make the entire menu available!

I'm a daily customer here. Eve. Though they are short staffed, they are a highly popular ɓagel/coffee shop. As a customer, I see how hard they strive for each customers experience. The "register girls," as I call them, are very polite, knowledgeable, mannered, and eager to help find you exactly what you're looking for. Fresh handmade bagels, cookies, muffins, apple, and strawberry pastries along with a variety of gourmet coffee, lattes, shakes, and even strawberry banana smoothies! Whether you're a first timer or a daily customer, this location will leave you with wanting more. Did I mention the variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Which u can get at any time. This location is only open from 6 am to 12 pm due to lack of staffing. But the staff they do have are amazing! This is a must try. Just remember they are VERY BUSY, so please be patient with them and remember to tip. They have a lot of orders to fill and work 6 to 7 days a week.. They have families, bills, and miss out on things. One team member drives 2 hours just to work there, and another is struggling with transportation and housing. But yet, these ladies still do their best to shine every day and provide the best service they can! The baker comes in at 2 am. To start baking these fresh, delicious bagels and other items. 10/10 highly recommend. They even do catering for all type of gatherings! They prove everything. Just trust me when I say it's worth the wait!! Thank you E.B.B for putting love and loyalty into your work! ? Vegetarian options: They can modify anything u want. They even have almond milk ( in my opinion, almond makes the drinks tate better) for those who are lactose , and 2%, skim and half and half. Variety, guys!Dietary restrictions: They have things clearly labeled, including the allergies.Parking: Lots of parking ( shared parking lot with lots of handicap accessible space.)Kid-friendliness: All employees are parents. So, kids are always welcomed and treated as family. Especially babies. They all get squishy over babies. One employee has a 10 month old, so she's always respectful about it but would take the baby so mom or dad could enjoy their food!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Moody bunch, dumpy looking location and never has online ordering enabled, so you can't redeem your rewards.

Please update your store hours online. I drove 30 minutes from downtown to this location, to discover that it closed at noon, rather than 2pm. Other than that, this store has amazing food!

This location now closes at 12pm. Went today at 1130am and they locked the door. They came out and said they sold out of everything. Don’t waste your time going here.

I woke up craving a jalapeño cheddar bagel and was able to satisfy that craving at Einstein. I would've preferred to get a bagel from a local spot but this the closest bagel shop to my house and I didn't have the time to go to Broadripple or downtown. We had a warm greeting upon entering and the case was filled with lots of different bagel options. I went with a toasted jalapeño cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese. I love the sliced jalapeños on top. We weren't planning on staying to eat but if we wanted to, we wouldn't have been able to because there are no tables and chairs inside the establishment. I didn't see any signage as to why but I was truly confused. They had a couple small tables set up outside but inside was completely empty. My husband had a black coffee and he said it did the trick to get his morning started. All in all, a pretty good experience!

Also stopped today at 120pm and they were closed. Appeared to be closed permanently as there were not any tables and chairs set up.
