Einstein Bagels has a great staff that provides fantastic customer service. Their food is always consistent and quick. In a time when customer service is lacking in all service oriented businesses, Einstein is a welcome refresher on what customer service SHOULD be.
Pull apart bagel is so good and Marley is a sweet and kind cashier.
I can’t say enough great things about the people at this location. Everybody is extremely friendly. The service is phenomenal. Any to go orders are always ready. I messed up an order that I had placed And they not only fixed it but they were extremely nice about helping me when I felt so bad and embarrassed. There were four employees there that morning and every single one of them was kind, worked efficiently and had a smile on their face the entire time!!!!
