I'm a daily customer here. Eve. Though they are short staffed, they are a highly popular ɓagel/coffee shop. As a customer, I see how hard they strive for each customers experience. The "register girls," as I call them, are very polite, knowledgeable, mannered, and eager to help find you exactly what you're looking for. Please update your store hours online. I drove 30 minutes from downtown to this location, to discover that it closed at noon, rather than 2pm. Other than that, this store has amazing food!
I woke up craving a jalapeño cheddar bagel and was able to satisfy that craving at Einstein. I would've preferred to get a bagel from a local spot but this the closest bagel shop to my house and I didn't have the time to go to Broadripple or downtown.
