I had the worst experience at Epic Ultra Lounge last night. My friends and I were looking forward to attending their tacos and tequila event a promoter holds there on Tuesdays. We arrived very early to make sure we had a seat and could enjoy our tacos before dancing the night away. We ordered 6 tacos around 9:45. There were only about 10 customers in the building. Around 11:00, we still didn’t have tacos. I went to speak to the manager at the bar. His explanation was they only had 1 cook but there were people who ordered tacos after us that had been served while my group and I were still waiting. Another manager came from the kitchen to ask why she heard me screaming. I explained to her my group had been waiting for tacos since 9:45pm and no one was in the club. She told me their DoorDash orders take priority over the customers in the night club. My friends and I will not be returning to this establishment. I am sure this will be devastating for their bartenders seeing as how we made sure to tip 50%-60% on every bill.

I've been doing the silent parties for 3 months now and i love them. Yesterday I went to V.O.W that was a great experience. I really enjoyed myself and will now be attending V.O.W every time it's happening. Wish it was every Wednesday

This was a total scam. We found this place on Eventbrite. It was cheaper to pay at the door even though we already spent more purchasing tickets on Eventbrite. On the flyer it said tacos were 2 for $3 but was charged double. The drinks, when we finally did get them 45 mins later, was straight trash! Service was terrible. Safe to say I won’t be returning.

It was really lit the experience was out this world....One thing that bother me is when you pay for VIP young people are rude but that's my only problem I wish they make it for the older crowds I don't like we had to move mingle with the thunder cats..

Not a good club my car and 6 others were broken to with security and police there outside but no one knew who broke into the cars. I wouldn’t go here and they drinks are high af with no liquor really in them.
