I would not recommend Fat Man BBQ.
I waited in the dining area for some time before anyone came to take my order. I had to knock on the door to get someone’s attention. The young lady that did take the order was not personable at all. I ordered a small tip to try them. I was very disappointed. The meat looks old and dry. The amount of tips seems about average. The ribs tips were just ok. The Mac n cheese was 🤮. It tasted like Kraft deluxe with salt and paprika added to it. Like another reviewer stated they charge for the sauce on the side and if you want a slice of bread. Now I can’t speak for other people, but when I ask for the sauce on the side that means I don’t want it on the meat So charging not to put sauce on the meat, but in a small container makes no sense.
