Stopped at the fat Rooster for lunch between tradeshow setup and the welcome reception and was a great experience. Cesar went above and beyond with not just a great recommendation for lunch but also providing a whipped butter and brown sugar dipping sauce for my sweet potato fries and this was not something normally on the menu but being from Ohio a staple for sweet potato anything. ?. All in all the food and experience were top notch and Cesar did an exemplary job. Can’t wait...
came here for gen con! the food was standardly good (although not a lot of variety), and it was open later than the regular hours. pricey but good portions and nice servers. they let you play games at the tables too!
Average hotel restaurant with above average prices (cup of coffee $5, not published on menu). If you need a bite and everything around has a wait then get something but know you’re paying (and paying a lot) for the convenience. Lots of better places to get better tasting food in downtown.
