I placed my order at the wrong location online. It's my fault. I showed up at my regular 5 guys and Dre, knowing every order on the grill didn't recognize my name. He saw on my phone where I had made the mistake. He and his crew began making my order "on the fly," AND he got my order correct after like a second long glance at my phone screen!!! Like he had some kind of superpower!!! He called the other store to have them cancel my original order. every member of this team made eye contact with me, and, as I observed, with everyone else too. 3 members of the team spoke to me. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I was thanked for my business after I made a mistake!! I am floored by how quickly, effectively, efficiently, and kindly i was treated. I can not thank you enough just for being awesome human beings!

Well the food was good but had my order all wrong I caught it the first time but once I got home they forgot my bacon I paid for and I asked for no salt and it had a lot of salt on it ......but I still ate it lol......10/10/24 I returned and and ordered the same thing and received a bun that was burnt bad and hard as ever
They have a veggie sandwich that is delicious!!
