I wish they had brown mustard so I could enjoy a hot dog and someone needs to keep customers from staying in the bathroom for excessive amounts of time 15 minutes is more than plenty of time to use the bathroom

I ordered to go and had to wait 18 whole minutes before I got my order, not to mention that I waited a couple minutes just to order. The food was good, the burgers were tasty but the fries quantity was less than usual
It was a nice clean diner with giant juicy cheeseburgers I don't think you find anywhere else for that price, and french fries that can't be beat.
Check it out if you're downtown and you have a large appetite.

literally got my food last night, i walked out and the outside of it was infested with mice on the outside patio, there were at least 15 of them running around and going in and out of the foundation under the windows of the store......gross

i have always loved five guys delicious food, but that all changed when ordering from this particular location in indianapolis, at 48 E.Washington St. they did not get my order right, the food tasted terrible, and the servicer(s) was extremely rude and unprofessional. i will not ever eat at Five Guys again. that was enough for me. there are way to many other food chains to eat from to not have to deal with this type of service. i do not recommend.
