My wife got home and realized they forgot to put one of our cheeseburgers in the bag and she called management and they we're so understanding that we had ordered milk shakes and they remade our whole order. I highly recommend this 5 Guys because hey stuff happens!!! Thank you 5 Guys way to go!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's the location by downtown so their really handicap accessible because they have sidewalks right up to the door and ramps for wheel chairs and hove arounds at every street corner so totally awesome.

Came in Sunday evening with my teenage son and was impressed with the crew working that night every one doing there job even the cleaning lady who found time to ask if everything was okay..kudos to who ever runs that ship.

Honestly can't stand hamburger myself. I got a hot dog with bacon. It's a great place but hamburger for me is a texture problem. The great service very helpful answered all the questions and I love their soda pop machine

The food was very well served; however, we placed an online order an hour and half prior and when we got to The store we weee told it wasn’t ready as no one has printed the tickets. No clue why they use the online ordering system if no one is tasked with fulfilling it. We were late to deliver the food to The DCI students at the Lucas Oil Championships and they left e before we could feed them. Needless to say we were left with $89 of uneaten food. So much for planning ahead. Sucks because you can’t even get a credit for the food. The staff was very nice and cordial. The store is very clean.

Great burgers at a great location. Conveniently located within walking distance from a couple of hotels downtown. I came here for lunch and they were not busy at all. I ordered and I got my food within about 10 minutes. I got the cheeseburger with everything except lettuce. The burger is a good size, and was very flavorful. My favorite part is the onions and mushrooms. I also like the cajun fries because they are spicy and flavorful.
Parking: There is only street parking nearby
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is flat and easy to get in and out of with a wheelchair.

Food and service is always great. Juan is always super helpful, patient and helps maintain situations with the homeless that are constantly coming in. Great hardworking staff!
Used to love this food when I was younger but now it's so overpriced. You might as well go to a gourmet dinner. Paying $25 for a burger and fries is absolutely insane when those burgers are just the same as going to Burger King. There's no sense in charging $15 just for one burger that uses basic bread and ingredients. Then $5 just for a regular fry. Absolutely unreasonable there is much better burger places out there for cheaper and higher quality
