I enjoy Freddy's but this location has major issues in getting food out. Been waiting here for 20 minutes in a not particularly busy restaurant and no orders have come out

This is unfortunate since this is a prime location and Freddy's corporate should look into it since it gives the entire franchise a bad name.

A couple of times I been at Freddy’s it’s been super slow. I asked the person at the drive through why it took so long. His response was there are only two cooks in the kitchen. But why are 3 people standing around doing nothing? Hope you hire better people because I like the food.

Let me first say that I would give this place a minus 5 if I could. We ordered through door dash. The burger came cold, the bun was hard. The fries were hard and cold. The sundaes were melted and my 6 year old granddaughter spit it out. The other sundae came with so much caramel and walnuts that it took up 1/2 of the sundae, just enough to give a person diabetes. We threw out over $50 worth of food. I will never buy from that place again. Absolutely gross.

I was honestly pretty surprised with my experience at Freddy’s today. I stood at the counter for a solid five minutes, and no one was behind the counter or in the kitchen just empty with zero employees. It was lunchtime. The restaurant was empty, except for three different employees who all appeared to be on break during lunch hour. The employees that were on break did not bother to acknowledge me. Two of them were on their phones, watching videos with the volume turned all the way up. The 3rd was on a FaceTime call with the volume all the way up! I was about to leave when someone finally came out and took my order. Entire restaurant was dirty, both of the bathrooms were out of order for some reason. There was no fry cause available. There appears to be no management in place whatsoever. I will say the only saving grace was when I finally got my food. It was actually pretty decent. But the whole entire experience around the food was poor at best. I don’t think I will likely return after this experience.

My wife have notice on several occasions that the younger female who is mixed/light skinned complexion ponytail short young girl comes off as unhappy and rude. This young woman does not like to honor the request that we would like for our order, when we said we wanted well done burgers she made a comment with a nasty tone about us wanting our burgers we'll done. Attitude written all over her face. We came another time and she held on to the order no number was called I had to ask if my order was ready and it was just sitting there. This young woman does not need to work in an establishment that deals with food. Young lady is always mad and unhappy looking and people like that make me nervous when they're preparing my food. Before this same woman had auburn dread extensions with no hair net

I usually enjoy Freddy’s food, but every visit has been a bit of an adventure. They often seem to be out of key ingredients, the entryway could use a little freshening up, and service is on the slower side. Hoping they can tighten things up, because I know they can do better!

SWAT Zombies

Came in on my lunch break to order a double bacon with no cheese and only ketchup and lettuce. Pretty simple? I received my order and it had pickles, mustard and bacon… I brought it up to the counter and they remade it. When I received my burger a second time it came with lettuce and ketchup only no bacon. I said screw it and was already late on time and just ate my burger but it wasn’t how I ordered. I noticed that most of all the employees besides the white older lady were rude and lazy. I will never return to this establishment…
