First, my wife and kids go to Freddy's. I had the original steak burger meal, and my wife had the grilled cheese steak burger, which was hyped up for no reason. Heck, we rather get the Frisco melt right across from steak n shake. The burger had no seaosning, I didn't even taste the meat. But what i will say is that the place is nice and cute. Too bad the food lacks flavor. I don't regret coming here, but my hunger wasn't satisfied.

I’ve been disappointed in this location pretty much since they opened, but I wanted to give them a chance. The operators clearly have priorities that do not include customer service.
The staff is never in a hurry to get anything done, and I’ve never seen a manager on the floor touching tables. Ever. The newest “manager” can’t be 21 years of age but is the slowest associate I’ve ever witnessed in the store. Disappointed to say the least.

Excellent burgers and fries. Try the jalapeno burger! And the chocolate brownie sundae made with chocolate frozen custard was super.

My order is wrong every single time. My name is Audrey, but whose order got delivered? Steve. Sorry, Steve. Damn it, I’m hungry. I wanted my food, and food I got was cold. One of the drinks was only half full. Not Doordash’s fault; the receipt was correct, the contents weren’t. And zero straws. Zero napkins. I’m mad!

This is the worst Freddys I have ever been to. If this my first time ever visiting, I would never return. The burgers were not the usual flavorful burgers i have had at other Freddys establishments. It was such a greasy, (literally dripping in grease) flavorless, mess. My husband and I could not even finish the meal it was so bad. The floors in the entire establishment was so greasy as well. As someone with a disability using a cane, it was so greasy it did not feel safe walking on. My cane could not even “grip” on the floor while walking. Even the bathrooms were awful. Using the wall grip in the handicap bathroom, I was sliding while trying to stand up. Then bathroom out of paper towels. Opening the bathroom door to go back in dining room, I almost had to have someone help. The door was so heavy and again my cane tip and shoes were sliding everywhere.

Extremely disappointed. This was my first visit to Freddy's, and half of my food was wrong. It's awful to spend extra money adding a topping or two to your sandwich or your concrete and then not getting the toppings even though your receipt is correct. There weren't any customers in the drive thru, parking lot, or dining room, so there isn't even the excuse of the restaurant being busy. The food is way too expensive for the order to get messed up, and I only ordered two meals! Nothing complicated. The people working there almost certainly don't get paid enough to care, which is honestly fair.

Freddy’s is always clean, welcoming and the food is fresh and made to our request. My favorite meal is the steak burger with cheese curds. The new Carmel apple dessert is everything yummy! The management and staff have consistently been friendly and helpful.

Drive thru experience. First time/last time customer. The basic double was dry and crusty and is served with only mustard and pickles. These burgers - 2 smash burgers on a sandwich. These dry and crusty remnants of beef were not an experience I wanted and one I won't have again. I was delusional giving them a chance with a Steak n Shake in plain view. I also had the cheese curds and they come with absolutely nothing - and so when I got home I smothered a few with ketchup. But nothing to write home about. Also I shared some onion rings with my wife...and they were ok...though again...no additional condiments for them. Overall the meal was south of mediocre and the service was adequate. Save yourself 27 dollars and go to anywhere else.

We've been to other Freddy's locations several times and loved it! Something was off with the food at this one. I'm extremely nauseous now, and my husband just told me that he thought it tasted off too. Disturbing.

I asked for no onions, they put onions on it. Cheese fries looked pitiful. Food tastes good, just think they need to pay more attention to the food instead of just throwing it together.
