Visited tonight and had the ribs and the barbecue chicken quesadilla. Both were sublime. The ribs were smoky and tender, and the sauce was delicious.
The chicken in the quesadilla was perfectly cooked and paired well with the Chipotle sauce.

I've only just recently experienced Gomez BBQ this weekend and I gotta say, my panties off to yall! The gentleman behind the grill truly seemed like a master artesian pouring nothing but love into his craft. He recommended the brisket gravey n biscuit with a fried egg to top it off. Intrigued by the name alone, Gomez BBQ I stopped at their Farmers Market booth because I saw “ bbq tofu” just browsing when I heard someone passing give a review on how fantastic brisket and biscuit are.
