The food was so small. I have never seen catfish nuggets, whitening that little. It was my first and last time there. You don't get your money worths and you will still be hunger.

I give only 3 stars because of two things. One, it dropped off a little bit from the day of the Grand opening. Two, the fish doesn't taste as fresh or they trying to get extra frys out the cooking oil

Great food, I grew up eating Gowdys in Gary ,IN on 5th Ave. So on my visit to Indy when I heard a Gowdys had just opened I had to go there. Best decision ever, when I walked in smell took me all the way back to the 80's and I felt like a kid again.100% pure nostalgia. I've wished so bad that I could eat Gowdys again for the last past 30+ yrs and finally that wish came true. Everytime I go to Indy I'll be make my presence known in that establishment on 38th St.

Did not care for the food was my first time there and it will be my last I ordered a large perch dinner I got four pieces of Frozen fish that was breaded so tough that when you broke it open with no meat inside the bread awful ??????

I was unimpressed The fried crab legs were not what I expected I’ve never had crab legs fried inside the shell the portions were not appropriate for the cost this is my first and last time trying this locationThe sausage was not sliced and I only received six shrimp

I went there for lunch today at noon. They advertise lunch specials on the door. But they were closed. Tried to call the phone number and it said it was out of service
