Good customer service and great food! New to Indianapolis and I’ve been trying to look for a good Chinese food spot, this might be the one 👀
Nasty little hole in the wall. Very sketchy and food was over fried. Didn't look like they ever have service honestly
Lady at the counter didn't speak to me brown rice was terrible I would not recommend this place
No complaints about the food, it was what you would expect. The person taking orders was distracted, it seems he just wanted to hand off to go orders. I don't take food back to work, I enjoy a break. I said my order was to eat there, I got it in a bag, no napkins or plasticware. They had plastic wear available, kid sized forks, ridiculous. Never could get a napkin. Too bad, it could have been a good lunch spot. They have a decent seating area.
First time ordering from here. I am very picky about my general tso’s chicken. I like mins sticky and spicy. I ordered food before going to workout, let’s just say I can’t wait to go home and eat. lol I ordered the large general tso , shrimp lo mein and small fried rice
Food was typical of every other Great Wall, and was as good as expected. However I cannot give this restaurant a 5-star rating based on the lack of quality Service typical of Great Wall and other restaurants of this genre and the environment of the store. I can never figure out why every Great Wall I go into has a mountain of Amazon boxes in their dining room waiting to be shipped and or received. Seems like if you cared about the atmosphere of your restaurant you would find a different place to keep this eyesore, not to mention the lack of tables The faded signs and giant bags of condiments. If you do have to dine in at least it's quiet.
Bathroom is gross. However they will let you use it and it is private. I only got 1 eggroll and it was $2 but it was so small I paid a dollar per bite. At the same time, though it was worth it cause that was the best damn eggroll I’ve ever had.
Horrible place to order from.. took them an hour and 37 minutes to tell me " they didn't know the status of my food or driver"!!! And my job is only 7 minutes away from them SMH..will never order from them again.!

Food was good but did not taste as expected. I got combo lo main spicy and hot sour soup. Soup was bland, it's the Midwest though, so I wasn't surprised. Lo mein was good but didnt taste like most of the lo mein ive had. Some places have their own recipes. It's mainly a carry out place with a few tables so there wasn't much atmosphere. Place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were great!

Amazing food! The crab ragoon and chicken on a stick (both are in the appetizers section of the menu) are delicious! They have a great lunch menu as well. Much cheaper and higher quality than a fast food joint. Our food came out quickly and piping hot. Definitely our favorite Chinese restaurant!

Noodles were hard , chicken was hard you can tell the chicken was cooked way prior to.
I asked to add mixed vegetables and broccoli in which there was an up charge, and there was only 2 broccoli and I seen two mushrooms no other veggies. Also there more overcooked noodles than anything else in the dish.Totally disappointed!

I would not call this place "Great" Wall, but more like "OK" Wall. Typical Americanized Chinese restaurant. I ordered the Spicy Shrimp entree which had barely any spice to it although I definitely tasted the garlic in the sauce. The shrimp didn't taste very fresh (which you can tell by the texture of the meat) was my biggest issue with the order. Service was meh, wasn't friendly but not totally rude. On the positive side, the portion was large, order came out pretty quick for takeout and the price was slightly lower than other places. So you'll be full and not pay too much, but you might not love the taste. ??♂️

So I just visited the Great Wall Cuisine on North Keystone Avenue for the first time and all I can say is wow. This nice young lady promptly took my order- Beef & broccoli with the fried rice with a drink and she says $17 something. I found this restaurant on Google Maps so I had looked at their online prices before coming inside so it didn't register to me why my total was $17. I shared with her that it is my 1st time visiting then asked her about the portion size because their website showed me a different price.I said do you have different portion sizes and she looked confused and said she rang up the combination. I said ok then asked if they have good portion sizes and she said yes so I said okay you know that's fine I'll proceed. She tells me it'll be about 5 to 10 minutes I wait inside and while I'm waiting I grabbed the menu and I sit down. On the back of the menu it reflected $9.25 for the combination with fried or white rice & an egg roll. So I'm now like what did she charge me for. That's my question I ask her when she brings my food out.She comes out and I tell her I'm looking at the menu and the prices are different from what I paid.. why? Are these menu prices not good? She proceeds to tell me that the beef and broccoli comes with white rice but I wanted fried rice so it's a $2 upcharge. I said wow ok so why didn't you just tell me that so I could make a decision if I wanted the white rice or fried rice after I told you this was my first time here...How would I know that? She's again looking confused. So yeah I never received an egg roll as the menu stated. The menu even say either/or regarding the rice, mentions nothing about this upcharge. My fried rice smelled funny & tasted disgusting nothing like what it should ? but thankfully my entree was hot, fresh & yummy. ? I'll never go back again personally because of their shady pricing practices. The price should be the price no matter in person or online. I mean what she said still doesn't explain what I paid. Just beware of the price if you choose to patron better yet just order online. The prices are better there.?

By far my worst takeout experience EVER! From getting Pepsi over my requested sprite. To my fried crispy chicken to be placed in a box of skillet flavored fried rice so the fried chicken can get soggy to my flavorless vegetableless chicken noodle soup I don’t think it could have been any worse. After being sick and unable to eat it took this waste of $40 and still being hungry to get me to cry. I can’t say enough negative but just know I’m mad at the world now ?
