Greek's Pizzeria Fletcher Place/Fountain Square

This place is a nightmare Doordashing as a delivery driver. It took me 20 minutes from the time I got here to the time I finally got someone to speak to and another 25 or so to actually get the order just for it to be wrong

Absolutely incredible pizza and bread sticks here. The Greek Special and the Cordon Blue were both fantastic. Highly recommend.

This place has 0 % customer service if u go as a dasher or regular customer they did not answer anyone about their order just playing loud music just he did not answer anyone in kitchen he is a guy black he did nt answer anyone when ask for help if you press bell he did nt reply the bell he just come front and took the bell back in the kitchen that s all this bad place does everytime with everyone

Very slow service, 30 plus minutes after pick-up time. Got order wrong. Staff oblivious.

Beers and pizza

Greek's Pizza is in general good, but this location is awful. If you order online, you should show up at least 30 minutes past the end of the estimated time; even then you might have to wait another 20-30 minutes to eventually get the wrong order. Pizza is consistently wrong, under baked, etc. Last time I was given one out of three items I ordered online and was told that it would be another 20 minutes to get the other items. Good luck even trying to get a refund. Got home and the one item I did get was not only wrong, it was not even fully baked.

I love Greeks Pizza and frequent other locations. This location is simply problematic. I have ordered from here multiple times and only once has the pizza been made correctly. I was going to give them another shot but now their phone just rings, picks up, puts you on hold, then hangs up on you after a bit. I went to order online and it now says they are open for dine in but only offer carry out starting at 4pm with special hours for delivery. I can't make sense of this because if staffing was the issue the most logical course of action would be to offer carry out only. Either way, no updated hours on Google and no updated messaging on the phone system. I was excited to have a location near my office but I have given up on this location with its poor management. I have gotten carry out here a couple of times per month over the last couple of years. Over the last couple of months, their customer service has been pretty terrible. Usually I have to call somewhere from 4 to 10 times to get anyone to answer the phone (the phone just hangs up on you after about 4 rings.). Tonight I got hung up on the first 4 times I called to place an order for take out. On my 5th call, a man answer and said "please hold" and put me on hold. After 12 minutes of holding, I was annoyed and just the walked two blocks from my house to Greek's and told them I'd been on hold for about 15 minutes and wanted to order pizzas. The guy at the carry out counter said "we're busy". After a few more minutes of waiting, another guy came and took my order. Their pizza is good, but not good enough to overcome the lousy service. I feel like a fool for making this much effort just to order a couple of pizzas. I should have just gone elsewhere; next time I think I will.

We ordered pizza on a Sunday around dinner time for take away and when we arrived at the address listed on the website (and google) all of the lights were off and the door was locked. We had already paid online (as there is no option for cash) and so we were obviously very frustrated. We tried calling the store multiple time, but kept getting hung up on, which was also super weird. We then filled out the customer service form and asked for a manager to call us and they did pretty quickly, but were exasperated with me on the phone when they tried to explain that I went to the wrong place (which is incorrect since I went to the address, which had the Greek's pizza sign on it) and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go around the corner, which we drove back to do, and there was this super sketchy door with no sign, no lights, no anything where we were supposed to pick up our pizza. It was awful. There was no explanation online that we would need to do that; there was no sign on the front door that I needed to walk around to the side of the building; there were no lights or signage that would lead me to believe this was a pizza place; and when I tried to call, no one bothered to answer to explain this to me. The whole experience was wild and regardless of how the pizza tasted, this is not how you run a business.

I really like the taste of Greeks Pizza 🍕 It is my favorite chain pizza place so far. This one is a bar on the corner of college and East Street in Fountain Square. It was a very casual and relaxing bar
