Amazing staff and delicious food! Had a wonderful time. Food was delicious enough to leave a review 🩷
I had a bad experience with Greiner’s customer service. I ordered through DoorDash and there was some things that happened and my order got stolen twice. They were kind enough to remake it and a new driver appeared and got my order for me. In that process the new driver called me and all I heard were the management screaming at her while she’s trying to let me know what’s going on . I told them the name of one of the dashers I had because the other one was gone due to chat not being available for it. They wanted my information and the driver could not provide that to them because she didn’t have it. Ik having something stolen from a restaurant is a mishap but please don’t take it out on innocent people who are just trying to work!
If you're in Indy, must eat here!

Holy cow! This place is amazing. Too say they overload ya is an understatement. I had the 8 inch Italian and could only finish 1/2 of it. Definitely a winner in my opinion. Check em out

I visited Greiner’s SubShop for the first time today. It was an all female team behind the counter, and the atmosphere they created was something I will remember. It was a special balance of strong, independent women working hard, blended with the warmth you feel when someone you care about is preparing a meal for you in their kitchen. I watched the owner, Lisa, work with a particularly tough customer. She handled his difficult nature with grace and kindness, elegantly defusing a situation that was headed toward conflict. The food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The space itself felt welcoming and homey, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Greiner’s SubShop has a unique charm that is hard to find these days!

10/10 Hoagie. I’ve been looking for a quality Pennsylvania style sandwich. I’m from eastern PA and it’s hard to find something to scratch that itch. And this was it. I love that they have sides other than chips. The meatball? Give me 14 of them. I’ll tear it up live.

First of all, the staff was amazing. So sweet and did their best to get things out quickly, even though they were packed. I got the OG mac and cheese and a pepperoni loaded breadstick. Both were so so tasty. My boyfriend got the hot toddy and it was massive for less than $12.. can’t beat it. He thought it was delicious. We also got a brownie and it was one of the best I’ve had. It’s pretty small in there, but they do have outdoor seating as well. Definitely recommend a stop here if you’re anywhere nearby.

My brother and I grew up around the corner and hadn't been to Greiners since we were children. We were so happy to see it still around amongst all of the changes in Indianapolis.
Though we did show up around a typical lunch rush, we were greeted immediately with hospitality and treated with respect as we took our time to order from the diverse menu. The staff really strived to give us the best food we could imagine, and that they did.
I'm incredibly grateful for the experience that I had, as was my brother. I also highly suggest to listen to recommendations from the staff, they know their stuff and I was thoroughly impressed when I tried what they suggested.
I've been to a lot of places for sandwiches and subs around the state, but Greiners had a great atmosphere and an amazing sandwich. If you're in the area, be good to yourself and try something new here. You won't regret it.

Super disappointed in the quality of the food they served us. Everything looked like it had set out for two days. The lettuce was brown. The place was infested with flies. The workers were cross contaminating, touching and smelling the meat. Not to mention they are super overpriced. Do better.

I got the meatball sub and it was the worst. I got a better one at subway. The meatballs tasted old and burned. The service stinks.
