Sam's Fish & Chicken offers good food at decent prices, with food always fresh and delicious. The fish dinners are very good and cooked properly, and the sandwich is delicious. Customers recommend trying the devils smoke sauce for an extra kick. The Kids Sunday deal is pretty nice. Service is usually good, with polite staff, and even if a mistake is made, the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. However, some employees are lazy and not prompt about orders, don't check online orders, hand out wrong orders, and one employee does not understand anyone. A 4 piece wing dinner was forgotten, overcooked, and horrible with hardly any edible meat left. Management needs to step in. Prices are exceptional, and the place is like a Jordan's but without the high prices.
