Stopped in for a coffee. Pork pastry and cappuccino was very good. The layout of the place is a little confusing, since there's multiple pastry cases and some are self serve. But the lady behind the counter was very patient while I figured it out lol

The sugar cane juice doesn’t taste fresh even though it claims to be freshly pressed.
We had the 1/2 bahn mi and 1/2 pho lunch special and they were both phenomenal and the portions were very generous. Be sure to eat in. The atmosphere is really nice and they have cozy benches to lounge in.

This is a hidden gem in Castleton! They have a large variety of mochi donuts, drinks, and food items. I had an egg coffee and bao buns which were delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere was eclectic and inviting. I really enjoyed my visit and the food too. I'll definitely pop in whenever I'm in the area.

Absolutely some of the best food in the Indy area. Miss Hanna came out and spoke with us today about her restaurant. She is dedicated to superb quality in food and excellent customer service.
We tried the Pho, Banh Mi, and Bao buns today. All of which are bursting with deep layers of flavor. No heavy gravies or salt to cover inferior ingredients here. Just high level technique, flavor profiles, quality ingredients and Love.

These reviews did me dirty. This place is not great— don’t bother! The clues are that the layout of the place is awkward, and the folks working there are very disinterested. The sandwiches themselves: good bread, good carrots— but the meat stinks. We tried two sandwiches, both seemed like the protein had been sitting in a bin for hours. The tofu was soggy and strange. The “crispy pork” was dry as a bone, and seemed to have bits of gravel in it. Honestly if they handed me bread with carrots in it I’d have been happier. This place is a bummer— move along.

This past weekend my family went out to Carmel for a soccer tournament, and we accidentally stumbled onto Hanna’s Banh Mi & Bakery Café. At first we were just trying to check out the Saraga market, but man… this spot blew me away.
I’m from Columbus, Ohio—and let me just say this straight up: we do not have a great representation of Vietnamese food. We’ve got pho spots we go to out of convenience, but nothing to ever praise. The pho in Cbus? It’s like eating a plain hamburger. It fills you up, but there’s nothing memorable, nothing that makes you crave it again. Shame, shame, shame.
I’ve had pho in Houston, Vegas, Cali—you name it. Usually good, but Columbus? Meh. After my first sip of Hanna’s pho though… I knew this was different. No watered-down broth, no recycled flavor. Just rich, clean, bold taste that hit immediately. It was like biting into a perfectly cooked steak—no need for sriracha, hoisin, or fish sauce. Just straight quality.
And don’t even get me started on the Banh Mi. Columbus places don’t even come close. Hanna’s was on point from the bread, the soht mayo, the pate—everything blew me away. I got the Hanoi Special, and even grabbed two Dac Biet to go. Absolute fire 🔥
Listen, I don’t know if I just got lucky with the chef that day, because a lot of Asian spots get inconsistent after they open—they cut corners, they cheapen the broth, they lose quality. But Hanna’s? Hands down a 5-star experience. I would seriously drive 3 hours from Cbus just to eat here again. Dead serious.

Ban mi bread was to hard... BUT sandwich fillings were delicious. Bakery items were yummy the blueberry and cheese Danish 1000/10. The meat pie pastry 🥧 Lord mercy! Traditional Vietnamese coffee and cream.

The egg coffee was delicious. Like liquid creme brulee ontop of strong coffee. We tried the crispy pork, shredded chicken, and special Bahn Mi. I loved the crispy pork and my wife like the extra vinegar in the chicken. We had lemon mochi 😋 and the hazelnut.
