The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The guy serving us was so polite and made sure everything was exactly as we ordered. He brought it to us and again made sure the order was right. And best of all, this one has curly fries!

Today my food was a higher price because they said I have been complaining because I requested extra cheese. Horrible customer service from the management. I have been going to Hardee’s for years and now I won’t go back. I thought the return customer was the best customer but this manager doesn’t think so. It’s a shame the workers run the customers off for requests that your order is correct. The manager also talked with a very nasty tone. I refuse to fight with my words or any other means over fast food but I can express my poor experience on this platform. Horrible customer experience that was instigated by the management.
