Poor customer service. Didn’t complete and order and then blamed Door Dash.
This place used to be good unfortunately it has gone down hill. We placed an order a week in advanced to pick up my stepdad’s birthday cake. We had to wait 2 hours in order to pick up his cake outside a long line! They didn’t even have the cake ready they had to make it as we stood in line. They made an excuse that they lost all the receipts. There was no cakes on display ether and hardly anyone working at the counter. Complete waste of money and time. The worst cake ever bought from El Paso bakeries and very unprofessional owner ( Yomi). Will never go back to a place like this. 😠
