Had a great meal with our party of 7. I've been several times, but this was better than I remembered. Prime rib sandwich was especially good, but everything we had was excellent.

Had the ribeye lunch special and it was delicious! The redskin mashed potatoes are to die for...loaded with cheese, etc. For dessert, the bread pudding was excellent and worth the 15 minute wait! Loved the flavored ice tea also.

Third meal at H&I in three days. Service friendly but inefficient. Some dishes were as good as expected, others less than usual. We'll be back ib Indianapolis in November, based on 16 years of dining here will give them one more chance to get all the pieces together.

While Harry & Izzy's has great appys, sides and desserts, the lunch ribeye steak is as thin as a dress shoe's leather sole. In addition, the Izzy Sauce and topping drenched the featured steak, detracting rather than complimenting it. Service was good and ambience too. Pricing at lunch is fine but dinner would be outrageous for the quality level of steak. You are paying for the fame and location.

Sat down at 4:50. Ordered as normal, had 6 table sit down after us, 2 which had eaten and left by the time we got our food. One of the tables sat down 35 minutes after we ordered and got their good right after us. Was told it was a kitchen issue, but we ordered the same dishes others around us got. Disappointed that no one just came over and said sorry we screwed up, just blamed it on the kitchen. Not sure we would have gotten food if we didn't say something.

Was awesome! Shrimp cocktail is just a must to have fun with if nothing else.  I ordered the dry aged T-bone that was on and it was unbelievable.
Impressive mocktail menu. Good variety of choices for your protein. Get the bread pudding, everyone raved about it. They were very careful for our gluten free colleague.
