Enjoyed samplings from the Restaurant week menu. Filet was a little overcooked. Mashed potatoes good. Ribeye good

My team and I had a wonderful dinner at Harry and Izzy's last night. I had noted in my reservation that we were celebrating one of our team members becoming a U.S. citizen; when we arrived, the staff had signed a congratulatory card for her, which was such a kind gesture. I wish I could remember our server's name (brunette working in the upstairs section) because she was so friendly and personable, we all loved her. The food was top tier and the service was even better. The shrimp cocktail and bread pudding lived up to the hype. We will definitely come back to the restaurant next time our team meets in Indianapolis.

We always order the filet sliders (best kept secret value) onion rings and champagne Romain salad. It is always perfectly prepared and delicious. We go here for our birthdays and anniversary. Love it!

Brought my family to Harry & Izzy's as a special treat while traveling — we wanted a nice break from our usual spots. The food itself was good, but the service was terrible. Our server, Wesley, was completely absent, inattentive, and came across as rude. You'd expect better service from a restaurant like this — honestly, even most fast food places are more attentive. We shouldn't have to pass side dishes around ourselves because the server couldn't be bothered to hand them to the right person. We had to ask for utensils, refills, and even after that, waited far too long to try and order dessert and just ended up getting our bill after asking someone to go find him. It wasn't even busy, so there's really no excuse. Disappointing experience overall. The food was good, but the lack of service absolutely ruined what should have been an enjoyable family meal.

Delicious food, attentive wait staff, great ambiance and same menu as St Elmo's. We will be back!

Saturday night date night, while there were some pleasant moments, the experience left me with mixed feelings. Our reservation was for 5:15 pm, but we weren't seated until about 5:30 pm, which wouldn't have been too bad if it weren't for the fact that several walk-in guests were seated before us. After waiting for a bit, I had to approach the reservation stand to finally get seated, which was a bit frustrating. As for the food, it was decent but not exactly impressive. My wife ordered a steak burger well done, but it came out with a lot of pink inside, which didn't sit well with her. I ordered a steak, which was tasty, but unfortunately, it wasn't served hot, and the green beans that accompanied it were also lukewarm at best. Not the best first impression for a steakhouse that should be serving everything at the perfect temperature. Our waiter was friendly and personable, which was a nice touch. However, I did notice that our water glasses went unfilled for the majority of the meal, while other tables seemed to get more attentive service in that regard. It's the little things that can make a difference, and I would have appreciated more consistency. That said, the highlight of our meal was definitely the dessert. We opted for the Woodford Reserve bread pudding, and it was amazing. Rich, warm, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of bourbon flavor—it was easily the best part of the evening and almost made up for the rest of the meal. All in all, while there were some notable highlights, especially the dessert, the service and the food temperature left something to be desired. I'm not sure if I'll rush back, but I would give it another try in the future, hoping for a more polished experience next time.

We had lunch. Food and service was exquisite. Shrimp cocktail is still nuclear and addictive. Be sure to order bread to put out the flames (IFKYK). Everyone's order was prepared exactly as requested. Food was delish. Only tiny tweak is lighting and ambience. If there's anyway to make the main dining area more light and airy for lunch - that would be superb. But that's it. Will definitely go back. Thank you H&I.

This is a fantastic dinner-date restaurant. It has the right vibe, great food, and incredibly thoughtful service. And as long as you don't get a steak, not going to completely drain your bank account either lol! 10/10, can't recommend enough.

Our excellent dining experience started with a warm greeting from the host. We were taken to a ideal round table with a beautiful view of the bar on the main level. Wes, our server, did a magnificent job of explaining the specials and the rest of the menu. We split several appetizers, salads, shrimp cocktails. They were all excellent. My son and I both chose the dry aged ribeye with redskin mashed potatoes. So good! Our table split the bread pudding and cheesecake. Our party left full and satisfied ❤️. Thank you Wes and Harry and Izzy's!!

It was busy, but our server was very attentive. We ordered the famous shrimp cocktail and the prime rib sandwiches, both were delicious

The steak my date and I ordered was terrible, she ordered a Ribeye and I ordered a New York strip. Her's was over cooked and mine was tasteless. Service was great and the scenery was intimate.

Overall food was very good, drinks and wine were good, but my wife's food came out lukewarm (tuna)

Service was fantastic (thanks, Macy!). And the food was decadent. I had the ribeye filet and green beans, and both were cooked perfectly. Worth the price, in my opinion - will definitely be back.

Adjacent large group allowed to stand around, hover in front of our table while we ate, and talk on speaker phone while others tried to enjoy our dinner.
