My kids say they High Velocity has the best ice cream ever and they rate it 5 stars! The pretzels and beer cheese were also delicious! Great snack before the Indians game!
Terrible place! Terrible quality and service...
The food and drinks were decent quality but definitely overpriced. The pace of the service was on the slow side, especially when we were waiting to pay our bills. However, the worst part was that I was charged more on my final credit card statement than what I authorized on my credit card receipt. When I contacted High Velocity to fix the credit card charge error, they promised to look into things and get back to me. I've heard nothing in over 3 weeks and the overcharge has...read full review
