It was an ok bubble tea… the boba was not soft… and it cost 10$ with a 1$ tip… kinda outrageously priced, but it is in fashion mall…

The price was a little bit high for one drink, but it was very much worth it. The staff were so friendly and willing to help out. I got the salted caramel, and it wasn’t too sweet, it was the perfect combination. The drink was done very quickly and I was very happy with the service.

The service was horrible just because I was a child. Though the food was great. After I left I heard them laughing at me. My server was a teenager. The interior and exterior were both great. It looked pretty good and they were even selling teas and things. O had the peaches and cream and it was pretty good but it made my stomach hurt. I will probably not be going back.

Got the Taro boba tea and unfortunately it was watery with no flavor. and I didn’t want to trouble the staff to make another one since they just got a busy rush of customers. So it’s a hit or miss with the boba teas.

I decided to try HoiTea ToiTea at keystone at the crossing today. I got the caramel apple latte with Boba. I asked for half the sweetness and a substitute of oat milk. The girl at the register was so pleasant and happy to help. She gave me a little history about the company and was willing to answer any questions I had. The drink itself was sweet and delicious. The Boba tasted fresh, which was a delight. I was told they have some holiday drinks coming out and I'll surely be back.

I've been wanting to try this spot and order a boba tea, and finally decided to treat myself! Service was great, and the individual working was very helpful and gave suggestions. I do love the pumpkin spice lattes, but had never thought about ordering a seasonal boba tea. With the spirit of fall, I decided to order the pumpkin chai and I really enjoyed it.

I ordered for a coffee latte hot regular and it was very watery and did not taste good. When I brought this issue to the manager, it was immediately acknowledged and replaced with a better one suiting my taste. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I've tried a few teas and decided to switch it up. I'm not a fan of banana, but the strawberry and banana smoothie is on point and you can barely taste any banana. The staff was helpful with me deciding what to get. It's located in the food court at the fashion mall, so it was quick in and out for me with no wait time.

2 drinks for $20 and they weren’t even good. Forced myself to drink the first half and then dumped the rest.And after seeing your responses you’re going to ask why did I not come back to have it fixed. Well, some people loathe awkward social situations like that, and would much rather not…especially this time after the barista suggested my drink and told me just how much I would love it. Also, I had somewhere else to get to.
