I love the taquitos, the baleadas, horchata, and other typical honduran food. It so good that it reminds me of my mother's cooking. A piece of Honduras is here in Indy and it reminds me of the motherland.

I had the fried chicken with plaintains. I put up a pic but it doesn't really do it justice. There was nothing on the plate I didn't eat except for some chicken bones.
