White Castle is a restaurant that offers fresh sliders and features a freestyle Coke machine. While the service can sometimes be slow, the staff is generally attentive to customers. There have been reports of the dining area being messy, with old food and debris on the floor and tables. However, many customers appreciate the staff's effort, especially during special occasions like Valentine's Day, where some have found the staff to be particularly sweet and attentive.
The food quality can vary, with some meals, such as the sliders and Chicken Rings, being warm but not hot, which has disappointed some guests. Others have noted that the wait for food can be longer than expected, but certain items like the onion chip and fish sandwich have been deemed worth the wait. Overall, White Castle has its ups and downs, but it remains a popular spot for a quick bite to eat, especially for those looking to create special memories.
