My son & I ordered cookies & brownies recently & they gave me the idea that they had been sitting out all day. I then called the store located in the Broad Ripple area & informed the "assistant manager" Seth of my dilemma and, well let's just say, that I've never ever been spoken to in such a vile, despicable, rude, spiteful, disrespectful, & condescending manner!!!!! I had to reach out to the corporate office in Philadelphia in order to file a complaint & have both issues rectified!!! By calling corporate, I found out that my "good friend" Seth was actually the Manager It Training (M.I.T.) Go figure!! I requested for my phone call to be pulled & am waiting for a return phone call from the higher ups...Will come back here & give an update once I hear back from someone...Everyone stay blessed & just treat people the way that you would like to be treated!!! It's truly a simple feat!! GOD bless!

I rate this 3/5 because the cookies was too expensive. The kids wanted some cookies and we was about to get 12pk but it came up to $45 and some change.. so now I have to disappoint my kids. I can't afford to give them that much for 12 cookies. Smh.. Now I have to think about the rest of the week.. cookies or bread milk and cereal? Cookies or laundry detergent and toilet paper.. smh...ok so we left without cookies.. maybe if I had some tax money we would've got some. We went to get some oreos and icecream. They was happy but I was dying in the inside..not being able to afford 12 cookies.

Sad how far this place has fallen employees clearly don't want to do there job the rude and uncaring. Iv done delivery to recieve incomplete orders. And they do noting about it. When someone spends over 50 dollers for cookies I'd hope they could put in some effort sad to say nope won't be ordering in the future. Especially when my boss didn't get the cookie she ordered.

LOL I just got back from this place and I was actually impressed by how condescending the little girl with the short hair and nose ring was. Is this place supposed to be themed like Dick's Last Resort? If so then I will change this from 1 star to 5 stars and definitely come back! The tone in which she said "as you can see" as a response to every question I asked was legendary. I will never forget how condescending she was. But hey, at least she let me know which way to properly open the door before I left. I honestly even looked around for Ashton Kutcher too see if I was being punked but I forgot that show ended years ago lol Anyways, I'll simply try another location some other time. But the Broad Ripple location is an A+ if you're a glutton for punishment!!

I'm disappointed ? they were out of chocolate chunk and I asked if I could get the triple chocolate chunk but they said no it's the deluxe cookie and I would have to pay an upcharge. It's not the customers fault that your delivery truck didn't come on time. I should have been compensated by being able to substitute cookie choices. The customer service was subpar, and they gave me my cookies in a bag and not a box. This experience was not good and I was highly disappointed.
This location has no idea how to get a delivery right. Every time we have gotten a delivery it has been wrong or delivered to the wrong address. I will never use insomnia again and their rude staff that has no idea what customer service is. Jennifer is one rude a$$ I would recommend kebler cookies and milk from The store before getting anything from this place agsin.

What horrible customer service. The cashier and cookie catcher - JAZZ B, per my receipt is a nasty thing and needs some training. I ordered a dozen cookies- PAID. Then I saw the partially covered up deal - buy 6, get 6. I ask about that deal and she says, YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO TELL ME very snarky. Be serious, she could of said something. So I asked since o paid for 12 can I get 12 and she says, YES. So I tell her and she proceeds to charge me, again. Whatever, I paid. But to be that nasty baking cookies is unfortunate. Do better.

Order 12 cookies for 51 bucks, due to them, saying you get six free, if you order a dozen. They did not honor that. Luckily I was able to cancel this order. I will buy tollhouse cookies before I order from this place again.
