I'm disappointed ? they were out of chocolate chunk and I asked if I could get the triple chocolate chunk but they said no it's the deluxe cookie and I would have to pay an upcharge. It's not the customers fault that your delivery truck didn't come on time. I should have been compensated by being able to substitute cookie choices. The customer service was subpar, and they gave me my cookies in a bag and not a box. This experience was not good and I was highly disappointed.
I asked to see what the brownie looked like and the girl told me that It looked like the picture. That should’ve been a red flag but I still got the brownie which was nasty. Then the next morning I was on the toilet with a tummy ache ?

I rate this 3/5 because the cookies was too expensive. The kids wanted some cookies and we was about to get 12pk but it came up to $45 and some change.. so now I have to disappoint my kids. I can't afford to give them that much for 12 cookies. Smh.. Now I have to think about the rest of the week.. cookies or bread milk and cereal?
