Cheap manager requires you be a customer just to take a piss in the restroom. I have a disability and often have to use a restroom and find this to be a very unwelcome environment. Also staff unprofessional slow and rude. Never going here again

Amazing staff, super friendly. We stopped here after the eclipse and a few of my friends where still pretty inebriated (I was the DD). The staff was so nice and accommodating of there shenanigans. A couple of my friends had never even tried Jack in the Box they where hooked. We ended up buying so many tacos. I wish there was a jack in the box closer to Chicago.

Place was clean. Food was good. The employees, that's another story. I wanted to use the app, and I needed the address. The two I asked did not know the address. "I ain't know no nothing about no app", Is what I was told. After I figured out the address I ordered the special jumbo jack offer. I get a regular jumbo jack and I said I ordered the eclipse special. They knew nothing about it.

I have never seen a worse service than from this restaurant. From its name and size, you would think it's a high-level establishment, but upon entering, it feels like you're in India. A man and two women who neither cook well nor work efficiently, speaking in barely comprehensible phrases, it feels like a prison with the way they operate. They have no spirit, no energy, no enthusiasm, it's like their first day at work. I wasted 45 minutes and didn't get what I wanted.

Worst experience ever!!! I placed an order on the website, got to restaurant when online said order was done. Had to wait for order to be finished which was not a big deal. Employee (female) who brought my order to my car was extremely rude!! Told me I could not have the packets of mayonnaise I asked for online unless I paid for them. Told her the website did not charge me and she said that if I didn't pay for the mayonnaise packets I wasn't getting them so I asked for my order to be refunded since I shouldn't have to pay for something that was on a already paid for order. A different employee (male) brought my order back out to me with the mayonnaise packets I had asked for, he was very nice. Unfortunately I got home and am missing the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks and the sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls. Very disappointed!!!
