Place was clean. Food was good. The employees, that's another story. I wanted to use the app, and I needed the address. The two I asked did not know the address. "I ain't know no nothing about no app", Is what I was told. After I figured out the address I ordered the special jumbo jack offer. I get a regular jumbo jack and I said I ordered the eclipse special. They knew nothing about it.
The food is good, but the employees are not. I ordered online for delivery, and it took over 2 hours and 5 dashers/ Uber drivers and me calling several times for them to make my food. One dasher said the employees were hiding and not answering the intercom. That is so unprofessional!!

Amazing staff, super friendly. We stopped here after the eclipse and a few of my friends where still pretty inebriated (I was the DD). The staff was so nice and accommodating of there shenanigans. A couple of my friends had never even tried Jack in the Box they where hooked. We ended up buying so many tacos. I wish there was a jack in the box closer to Chicago.
