“Mouthwatering tacos and tortas with generously sized portions each time I've visited! I'll definitely be back for more delicious vampiro + guac sudadero (beef brisket) and chicken tacos. The tortas are also a very generous size and can easily be shared. We bought one sudadero torta and requested that they cut it in half for our boys to share. They devoured it and had full bellies! I literally crave their food and wish there was a closer location near me! Until next time JTS... 🌮🤩🌮“

“Our family was searching for the perfect place to have lunch after a 24 hour road trip from Corpus Christi, Texas and we were so happy and blessed to find this amazing place! Thank you to Chef Carlos and his staff for welcoming us so warmly on our first visit to Indianapolis and for preparing the most amazing dishes. We appreciated finding vegetarian and vegan options in beautifully presented authentic Mexican style. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was inviting and relaxed with outdoor seating and a beautiful garden. The vegan chocolate cake was the cherry on top. Our family of 5 all recommend Tlaolli to anyone looking for healthy, delicious food in a romantic setting and definitely give it 5 stars . Make sure to check it out!“

“We were feeling like tacos one night and had been wanting to stop in and try La Catrina. We weren’t sure if they were open when we arrived. We walked up to the door and then saw people inside and could tell the lights were on - the window tinting made it slightly hard to tell till you got close. We were greeted warmly and looked over the menu. We decided on some carne asada and al Pastor tacos with an order of their beans. The food arrived pretty quickly. The tacos were outstanding. Both styles were very flavorful and well seasoned, fresh, and perfectly prepared tortillas. We try and hit as many Mexican/Taco shops that we can. After living in Tucson for 4 years and having eaten at many of the restaurants there, we really appreciate good tacos. La Catrina’s tacos were better than almost any I could think of. And, their beans were excellent. More of a charro/stew bean. Cooked just right. Tender and flavorful. Great broth. If you like tacos, I think you’ll love La Catrina.“

“I had the best birthday dinner visiting for my first time. Chuck was truly the best server I’ve had in my entire life, he made the experience. I get iffy dining out because it’s not a cheap thing to do and if you get a bad server or the food sucks it truly ruins the experience. The food was incredible as well… the empanadas, cauliflower (I was shooooocked over this dish)… birria and steak… the happily birthday churros were so cute and added a cherry on top for the whole experience. I will absolutely be back. 1000000000/10 loved my experience here.“

“I found a delicious taco restaurant downtown Indy on Mass named Condado. So yummy that I have been there two days in a row. LBVVS I had the most flavorful and delicious Mexican Street Corn that I have ever had in my life. The Blue Dream tacos also did not disappoint. I’m usually not a huge taco fan, but this place is really good! Great service on both days and I love the decor so much! This is my new fave!“

“(1) There's a separate tacqueria in the right/rear of "this store."(2) This store is really a "corner grocery store," or general store (or I think it could be called a bodego, or a convenience store.)People working here were very friendly to me. Prices looked extremely reasonable. The store had a pretty wide variety of merchandise, from fresh fruit to basic household cleaning supplies to a butcher/carniceria. The taqueria prices for tacos look like good deals, too. The 2L sugary drinks seemed expensive, but that's true of almost everywhere...“

I speak no Spanish however they were kind and even taught me how to pronounce the No que No hope I’m spelling it correctly. The language barrier is not a problem when the heart is good, and the food is delicious.“
