Java House (Broad Ripple) Reviews
Been trying to contact across multiple platforms for an order status and NO response. I'm now going to have fight to get my money back.
disappointed. finally got to stop here..was in a hurry to an appointment so I had no time to correct their errors. I paid $16 for 2 drinks and one was supposed to be hot and they made it iced. gave us no straws. We wont be back. 😔
My wife and I went to the Java House booth at the Snap On 250 Milwaukee Mile. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a decaf cold brew that was very good! I would have it again. My wife had a hydration drink that was good also.

The Java House in Broad Ripple is a popular coffee shop known for its exceptional cold brew coffees and dedication to providing an outstanding experience. The cozy atmosphere is ideal for studying or catching up with friends, with friendly staff eager to assist customers in finding their perfect drink. The workaholic coffee, a delicious blend of maple and almond, and the signature drinks at only $6 are customer favorites. Located conveniently on the Monon Trail, it's a great place to grab a coffee and enjoy a walk. The Sea Salt Caramel frappe offers a perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. Many customers appreciate the variety of drinks and great service, whether visiting in person or ordering online for delivery. The light Ethiopian cold brew, served hot, is a popular choice.
The Java House is described as an "absolute gem" by customers, with a friendly and attentive staff who consistently serve a quality product. Customers enjoy the spacious seating area near the Monon Trail, as well as the great atmosphere, which is compared to a brewery. The coffee options are praised, including the decaf cold brew and the "cloudy mocha coldbrew," which one customer warns could be "dangerous to have around too often" due to its deliciousness.
