Josh is a horrible employee. I ordered a carry out order 10mins prior to picking up, when I walked in there were zero customers and my order hadn’t even been started yet. Just as he was about to start my order his friends walked in and he said “what’s up guys what can I get ya!” Then proceeded to make their walk in order first. I waited an extra TEN minutes for my food to finally be done while my fiancé had to wait in the car with a crying baby. 0/10 experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The employee named Shawn was extremely rude and condescending to us. When we politely asked if our son’s sandwich could be warmed up, he responded curtly with, “The answer is no,” in a very disrespectful tone. My husband even tried to clarify, but Shawn’s attitude remained unnecessarily rude.
This type of customer service is completely unacceptable—especially when we are paying customers simply asking a reasonable question. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone visit this location. The employees here clearly need immediate customer relations training to learn how to speak respectfully to customers.

We had a large delivery with Tim and he was fabulous. Delivering to a campus full of teachers and limited parking is not easy, but Tim went above and beyond to make sure our order made it to us quickly…freaky fast and fantastic!

I ordered sandwiches for a bunch of hungry welders, and this place absolutely delivered! Great atmosphere, incredible staff! They were quick , and efficient. They all deserve 5 stars! Keep up the great work. Best jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to.

Tim did an excellent job delivering my latest order. He has delivered to me before. He is an outstanding representative of the company. Jimmy John's should retain and promote people like him. The food was great and the service was good as it always is. That store is well-run. I appreciate all they do.

Huge shoutout to my Jimmy John's delivery driver, Tim! My Italian Night Club and jalapeño chips arrived extra fresh and freaky fast—like, did he teleport?! Not only was everything perfectly packed and still crisp, but Tim delivered it with a smile and the kind of energy that makes your lunch break 10x better.
