Omg. This was a HORRIBLE store. I work at Jimmy John’s in Houston Texas and they are by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Absolutely no customer service. No smiles. No friendliness. The in shop or manager or PIC was angry and throwing the TBO (take the bread out) into the trash angrily. Did not offer a bag. Did not greet. I’m not sure if this is the northern part of US to treat customers but it was so disappointing and if I was the franchise owner I would look hard into getting new staff that would bring business up and more customers. I cannot believe what I saw. Franchise owner could make quadruple the amount if he/she had the right staff. The store is in the perfect spot to make so much money but customer service should be #1. I work at the #2 store in Houston and we treat our customers WAY differently than the way I was treated and I told them I worked at Jimmy John’s in Houston and they didn’t care. WOW

Well it's time to cancel this restaurant right along with Chipotle because I just paid $11.45 ( just the wrap) basically for a wrap full of lettuce with one thin slice of meat you can't even barely see it. These places are getting absolutely ridiculous.There is no meat on these sandwiches. This is just as bad as chipotle.

This Jimmy John's location is great! They really are freaky fast and very accommodating of any request you may have. They are easy to get a hold of and quick to answer any questions/solve any issues you may have. I often order catering from here and they are always reliable and on time.

Took 1 hour to get my sandwich and the store only 5 minutes away. Calling at 4:23pm and got my order at 5:24pm and the driver had a attitude because I said I've been waiting an hour for him.NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I love the whole team!!! They are all so helpful because I can be a pain sometimes. Especially with the bottled cokes. You guys know who are. Your team always looks out for me when I come in. Especially in the evenings they watch to make sure I get to my truck safely. They are always truly interested when I have conversations with them. Thank you!! You guys feed me but also make feel like I'm in my mom's kitchen.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking less than one block from the door on Pennsylvania.
