Last time I went, it was my birthday. They had given me a free sandwich in the app. I ordered a Hunter's Club & it was DELICIOUS!!! The man that fixed it was very careful to make my sandwich exactly the way I ordered it. He was reading from the receipt that they print out to make your sandwich. I love watching them make my sandwich. I got almost all the freebies on it. It was so big that I shared it with my husband, and it filled us up.

Vegetarian options: Don't forget the freebiesšŸ˜‹ā£ļøI love adding extra freebies!!

Parking: There is always parking available directly in front of the door. If you park there you can almost touch the door handle from your caršŸ˜‰.

Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a sandwich, chips, & dessert?

Wheelchair accessibility: There is no button to press that opens. You would need to pull the handle. I'm sure anyone would open it for you to come in. The friendly staff may even come from behind the counter. You could probably even call and tell them that you are coming and that you will need someone to hold the door open for you because you are in a wheelchair. Once you get inside, you will find that there is plenty of room.

Jacked the prices up AGAIN. The main guy is super friendly but I'm not paying these prices for a sandwich, you're crazy. Jets is 7$ for a pizza box and a drink across the street

Red headed girl who rang us up tonight and made our sandwiches had a terrible attitude. Sandwiches were missing ingredients and were not evenly distributed (all cheese on one half none on the other). Won’t be returning to this location.

the employees are just talking about my sick color and about me right in-front of me while making my order. looks like bunch of high school kids acting like gangsters. I just took my food and left quite because was thinking in my head at least i am not working at a fast-food place. Extremely disappointed. just sad

No one in the drive thru line and the guy at the speakers tells me, "it will be 10 mins before we can even make your order". Pathetic, you all need to change that slogan to, "freaky slow".

When your whole business motto is designed around being freaky fast, I think it would be important to deliver things in a quick manner. The past three times I have ordered here it’s has taken a very long time to get the delivery. I was going to have lunch today… But I did not receive my food for a but I did not receive my food for an hour after putting in the order. This will no longer be my go to place for lunch. .

Everyone here was soooo nice! Very quickly made and perfection when I ate it! My favorite JJ's so far! I had the hunters club, no cheese, and add onions and jimmy peppers. When I arrived, an older gentleman was outside taking care of the beautiful landscape and asked if I was going to JJ's. When I said. Yes, he said I'm coming to help you. And he held the door for me. ā¤ļø Kinda fell in love right there. The others inside though were also so welcoming and friendly! Love this JJ!

Worst service I've had from Jimmy Johns. Called like 5 times about my order and they kept saying its on the way. Yet it was delivered over an hour ago. Maybe the store workers could have told me that or updated my order status. Just awful experience and now get to eat my sun baked sub.

Routinely takes well over an hour for delivery. "Freaky fast" indeed. If you complain, they mail you a coupon that is only acceptable in the store. Couldn't be worse.

I work right across the street from this location, and every time I’ve ordered it’s taken up to an hour to get it delivered. I work in a school so I’m lucky to get 20 minutes to eat each day. I don’t have time to wait around for a delivery I placed over an hour ago, especially when it is literally across the street. It’s also not like I can leave the building to go pick it up myself. I had to cancel an order today when it still hadn’t arrived an hour and twenty minutes after I placed it. When your whole business model is ā€œfreaky fastā€ this is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again. Looking at reviews, it is clear that this is not an uncommon experience. This location needs to get it together.

I wait an hour for food too many times. Multiple times my turkey sandwiches are missing the turkey. When I called and spoke to the manager to ask why i didnt get the meat, they literally put 3 slices of turkey in paper, in a bag and delivered it- without an apology for their mistake. When I called back about the 3 slices he said " you didn't say you wanted it remade" They chose not to remake the sandwich. I went to the wesite and contacted customer service about my experience- never heard anything. The worst experience from this place. For the owner- get your place of business together. This is unacceptable for the price we have to pay for the food and service.
