Routinely takes well over an hour for delivery. "Freaky fast" indeed. If you complain, they mail you a coupon that is only acceptable in the store. Couldn't be worse.

I work right across the street from this location, and every time I’ve ordered it’s taken up to an hour to get it delivered. I work in a school so I’m lucky to get 20 minutes to eat each day. I don’t have time to wait around for a delivery I placed over an hour ago, especially when it is literally across the street. It’s also not like I can leave the building to go pick it up myself. I had to cancel an order today when it still hadn’t arrived an hour and twenty minutes after I placed it. When your whole business model is “freaky fast” this is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again. Looking at reviews, it is clear that this is not an uncommon experience. This location needs to get it together.

I wait an hour for food too many times. Multiple times my turkey sandwiches are missing the turkey. When I called and spoke to the manager to ask why i didnt get the meat, they literally put 3 slices of turkey in paper, in a bag and delivered it- without an apology for their mistake. When I called back about the 3 slices he said " you didn't say you wanted it remade" They chose not to remake the sandwich. I went to the wesite and contacted customer service about my experience- never heard anything. The worst experience from this place. For the owner- get your place of business together. This is unacceptable for the price we have to pay for the food and service.

Delivery time is definitely not freaky fast. My last couple of delivery orders have taken over an hour at this location. Don't tip until you get your food and decide how you want to tip at that point.

I understand now why Jimmy Johns no longer markets/advertises itself as 'freaky fast'. Don't get me wrong - I realize I ordered delivery during prime lunch time and recognize many businesses are struggling with staffing. But I could have driven myself down the street, sat in a drive through, driven back to work and been eating my lunch by the time my order arrived for roughly the same amount of money or less. The sandwich was good though - it didn't seem like it had been sitting around a long time.

Ordered a sandwhich around 11:30. It did not arrive until after 1 pm. You could tell it had been sitting on the shelf ready for delivery for over an hour and a half. The bread was soggy and the soda was flat. I filled out the survey on the website and never heard back.I understand delivery can take a while, but wait to make the food until its about to be delivered.

S....L....O....W...... Don't go or even place a mobile order if you don't have an hour! Everytime we go or place an order,takes forever and never have enough staff.

Really disappointed, I’ve never had an issue with Jimmy John’s until i just received my order. I ordered a #11 country club, with the way it comes just extra mayo. However, that is not what I received. There are not only onions, but also oil with seeds and peppers. I’m so sad because i’m on my lunch break and can’t even eat this sandwich because I am allergic to peppers (jalapeños and red peppers are on the sandwich). Other than that, everything would have been fine but now I can’t even eat my food.

The food was Good! But the staff need some serious training. Never have i been to a Jimmy Johns where, no one says hi, greets you or acknowledges you. The older lady at the register is AWFUL. I literally had to ask her if i was standing in the right place bc she completely ignored me; she was super Rude, slow, asked multiple times what i wanted, cut me off before finishing my order, then forgot my sides! She absolutely needs to be removed from the position & learn good customer service! Love JJ but completely uncalled for.

This place is the exact opposite of Freaky Fast. It quite literally takes 1-2 hours to get food delivered from the store that's 7 minutes away.They've burned me before and I swore them off, but decided to give it a try again.Here I am an hour from when I ordered and still nothing.Jimmy John's should close location or change their slogan.Mind you this is a $40 order with a $5 delivery fee and a 20% tip.

It's ridiculous how long it takes this store to deliver . Sandwiches are good but I think it's the thought of convenient fast delivery that makes it appealing which they totally fail

It has currently been almost 2 hours waiting on my 1 sub order. I called the store and they basically said yeah it happens and to deal with it. The driver is Still nowhere to be found.
