I placed a catering pick-up order with this location. When I went into store they had the music blasting (bar loud). Communication with the two employees was reduced to pointing and hand jesters. I yelled, “I cannot hear you! Please turn down the music!” I did this twice and they refused. I will never use patron this business again.
Really disapointed with Jimmy Johns right now. Overall my family and I get sammies here regulary. I usually get them to go because my kids are very young and I want everyone to have a positive dining experience. Today we dined in and dining with kids is just a little different. The boys got a slim 1, ham and cheese. I asked for mayo and to get it sliced into "fingers". It is easier for them to eat and enjoy.
