The food was good and fast, but I went through the drive-through and did a pick up order, but they did not put any napkins in the bag. So I had to eat it in my car with no napkins. Please have your employees put napkins in to go orders, especially in the drive-through

Never fails! I’ll just go to another spot before I come here AGAIN! just horrible, order half the time and after hour 1/2 goes by, I call the store “ohhh we don’t have a driver for the night, I tried to call you” you didn’t call cus my phone didn’t ring. Order today, driver wanted me to come outside to the car to get the order and he didn’t even have my drink, looked lost kept saying “uhhhh uhhh, my bad shiiitttt I can bring it back to you after my other orders, can you you just wait to eat your food and wait for me to bring it back. He never brought I back lol and I didn’t wait, I went and got my own drink

Order a sandwich on 03/01 to be delivered across the street at the mall because I can't leave my job. I got notification the person delivering was almost there. I went to wait and they did not show. I called the number and the driver spoke no English. I called the store and they said the doubted I would get my food because they were using a delivery service during the evenings and they spoke no English and could find me in the Mall. They said they would refund me so I got something else to eat. The driver ended up delivering the food but let it set up front and left.

I do not recommend. I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch Wrap. I have ordered this from other locations. It was missing the crunch elements and I was not informed they were out of the ingredient until I asked about it.Halfway through the wrap and it was missing any meat/chicken inside. See photo. I politely asked if they don’t mind giving me a little chicken since it was missing on one side of the wrap. They tried charging me extra for the meat.Horrible customer service and they do not look out for their customers nor try to make up for anything. Customer service 101 is lacking.

I was hoping that even though there are several low star reviews for here, the fact that it's been almost a year since the last one, that this Jimmy John's would have tried to improve, but unfortunately that's not the case. I stopped in to grab some lunch for me, my husband and my mother and when I walked in I was the only customer at the counter. Not one of the 3 employees said a word to me until a couple minutes of standing there when a younger man came up and said "what can I get for you". After I placed my order it was apparently too much effort for him to tell me my entire total, staying "$27" instead of the $27.65 or whatever the change was. After I inserted my card into the card reader he turned and walked away without saying a word to me. It's pretty pathetic that customer service here can't properly greet or thank their customers. I don't care if you're happy to be at work or not, we all have to work so get over it. At least have a better attitude when you have customers come in because without customers you wouldn't have a job! The only reason why I gave two stars instead of one is because the food was fine. Tasted like Jimmy John's usually does.

Every time I go to drive through no one is ever there. It’s horrible it’s like the employees are lazy! I got so tired of it I just quit clearly they don’t want my service.

Freaky fast needs to be removed from the motto. DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. They wait until 10 orders are stacked before delivering them all at the same time. Waiting almost 2 hours for a simple delivery when we’re 5 minutes away is unacceptable. We’ll just be driving to Jersey Mikes from now

Literally anytime I have ordered from here for delivery, it takes over an hour to get to me. Super frustrating especially because this store is only about a mile from me. I don’t understand how my order is always out for delivery within 5 minutes of me placing my order, but I don’t get it for an hour and a half.

Do not use this location! Their delivery service is a joke and the customer service regarding my delivery was also a joke. It took an hour for them to deliver two sandwiches, 1.3 miles save yourself the frustration and eat somewhere else.

I placed an online order around noon and got it delivered about an hour later. First time ever ordering this way, so can not really say if that is fast for them. I order the #1 The Pepe which has ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo, it was the best sandwich I have had from there. The older male driver who delivered the order is a very nice man.
