Never fails! I’ll just go to another spot before I come here AGAIN! just horrible, order half the time and after hour 1/2 goes by, I call the store “ohhh we don’t have a driver for the night, I tried to call you” you didn’t call cus my phone didn’t ring. I was hoping that even though there are several low star reviews for here, the fact that it's been almost a year since the last one, that this Jimmy John's would have tried to improve, but unfortunately that's not the case. I stopped in to grab some lunch for me, my husband and my mother and when I walked in I was the only customer at the counter. I placed an online order around noon and got it delivered about an hour later. First time ever ordering this way, so can not really say if that is fast for them. I order the #1 The Pepe which has ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo, it was the best sandwich I have had from there. The older male driver who delivered the order is a very nice man.
