Order Jimmy John’s tonight on the app, and when I receive my sandwich it was not made the way I ordered it. It did not have the extra crispy jalapeños that I had ordered or extra onion. You could at least advertise you don't have hot sandwiches. Really upset we paid $20 for a cold sub that didn't appear to have the extra cheeses and ham we ordered.Then at least get it around the corner to me in less than an hour. I ordered Domino's AFTER JJs, and the pizza got here in 20 minutes while it took an HOUR to get a crappy cold sub delivered.
