I love the food here at Jimmy John’s but I had an issue on 1-13-25 when I ordered my food on their app and how’s having it delivered because they were out of the bread and had no delivery person so they texted that to me. I called the store and the girl said they canceled my order which I don’t understand why they wouldn’t discuss it with me first to see if unwanted different bread & to pick it up . I spent $23.98 on that sub and she said the money would be back on...

It’s been an hour I still don’t have my food and my lunch break is over so I can’t even enjoy it. The place is less than 4 minutes from my job. If I could cancel I would.
Update: drivers didn’t come in to work so they were limited and delayed however the young lady that delivered my food was super sweet and apologized although it was not her fault.

Definitely not freaky fast these days. Placed a delivery order and one hour later had to call the store. Because Ihadn’t gotten it. Was told drier had just left with 3 orders, including mine. Another 40 minutes after that I still don’t have my
food.
