I’ve been to a few fancy sushi restaurants and none of them pair up to my absolute favorite sushi place Kasai!! I usually order to go and my food is ALWAYS delicious, made perfectly with what I can only assume is love added in. This will always be my go to place 💕 thank you for being great and for not judging me when I order the same thing twice in a row because it’s just that good.

Stopped here on the way back to OH. The menu is more American or Chinese style Japanese restaurant, rather than authentic Japanese. Ordered sushi boat, yellowtail jalapeño, and Dino eggs. They charged $2 to substitute the special roll that comes with the boat with another, even though they are the same price on the menu. The fish did not taste fresh, and I had digestive issues before even leaving the restaurant, and the entire 3hr drive home. Usually I prefer the hole-in-the-wall restaurants, but sushi is a type of cuisine that is best enjoyed in a more formal setting.

Little different than usual for us. All in all, it's a decent place. Nice staff. Yellow tail jalapeño was delicious. Rangoons very decent. Other food items like chicken fried rice seemed just a little bland.

We get take out from here often. The miso soup could be made with better broth, but the sushi is fantastic.

Kasai is hands down the best sushi in town. This family-owned gem offers not only incredibly fresh and delicious sushi but also top-notch service that makes every visit a pleasure. The care and pride the family takes in their craft shine through in every meticulously prepared roll and dish. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or a newcomer, Kasai's welcoming atmosphere and exceptional quality make it a standout choice for an unforgettable dining experience.

I love this place, the area a couple miles around here on the East side, you can find a lot of bad food places. And so I stay away from most of them. But this place, I love them! Super clean, wide variety of sushi in California rolls, and also some exotic stuff that just blows the sushi out of the water over at so many other different places. I try to go here at least once a week

Update: they no longer offer all-you-can-eat.

I've been here twice so far, and this place has quickly topped my list of favorite sushi spots in Indianapolis. The atmosphere is great, the service is fast and friendly, and the menu includes several delicious appetizers, specialty rolls, and entrées. The prices are great, especially at the $20 all-you-can-eat.

If the idea of all-you-can-eat sushi makes you nervous, rest assured; this is not a buffet. All of the food is made to order, and you may order as much as you want, as many times as you'd like. Be careful that you don't order more than you can eat, however, as you will be charged double menu price for anything left on your plate!

Overall, I'm very excited to have this great new sushi place in the neighborhood, and I plan to go back very soon!
