I have frequented this restaurant so much that it isn’t even funny…..even at the old location, like two times a week. Service used to be great but that recently changed. Tonight I called for delivery for some wings. I get delivery ALL THE TIME. I recently got delivery last Wednesday, literally 5 days ago and had no issue. I pulled up right after the young man had gotten to my house. I took the food and gave line a $5 tip for a $14 dollar order.
Fast forward to today. I called for delivery and was told that in my account was a “do not deliver to” message satiating that months ago I didn’t tip a driver. I thought there has to be a mistake. The older gentlemen who I spoke to sounded irritated and usually does when I call and specialize my order. He sounded irritated tonight as he told me I can come pick it up but they would not deliver to me. I asked for a manager as I am sure this is a mistake or misunderstanding. I was told someone who was the owner named Josh would give me a call right back in about 10 minutes. Respectfully, I left my number and waited for a callback which never came. I patronize this place 2-3 times a week…..tonight was very unfortunate and I definitely felt disrespected as a customer and that the service level was very low. I don’t see myself being a customer of theirs any longer.

Food is good, wings are great & location size is perfect for a group of 10+. Our group has met there a total of 3 Thursdays at different times. The first time, I arrived last & I was never offered a menu or the opportunity to order anything. The second time was a little better service, still not great. Last night was AWFUL! Way understaffed for a busy Thursday football night. We ordered food, waited for over an hour, and began noticing other tables served that came in after. When we asked the waitress on what the hold up was, she SCREAMED at our table. At that point we closed out and left & ended up grabbing dinner elsewhere. The manager was kind and apologetic, but needs to hire more servers (& kinder ones!)

So I’ve been to this place a few times. Always thought it was decent, but always felt like they were understaffed because service was never great. Last night our group of nine arrived and threw a few table together. The place was only slightly busy. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and a couple people ordered appetizers. Almost 90 minutes later and NO food! One member of our group decided they needed to go and tried to cancel their order. This is where things go south… Our waitress, Hayley, starts yelling at the person wanting to cash out. ‘You can’t come in here with 12 people on a game night and expect to get your order out immediately!’ They exchanged some opinions and Hayley got red and was even shaking! It was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen in a restaurant/bar. That is when we all (9) decided we were leaving. The manager? tries to deliver the apps that were ordered over an hour and twenty minutes ago. We informed him that we were leaving. Then Hayley brings our tab all on one check because ‘When there are more than four people in a group I can put the whole order on one tab’. She was trying to be passive aggressive I guess. Then goes on to say, you need to remember this is a sports bar and there is a game tonight so we get very busy. Trying to resurrect some kind of tip?? I’m done. All of us decided that would be our last time inside Keystone Sports Review.

Best wings in Indy! Not the cheapest, but definitely worth the stop! Had the honey BBQ and the Korean BBQ with a side of blue cheese (normally I hate it, but this was delicious and it's made in house)! I'll be back ?

Great place and food. The only bad thing is parking. Certain times can't find a place to park and parking in another businesses lot not ideal.
Wings are not just The BEST in Indy, but the best in the Midwest (I can't stack it against the rest of the world, but only because I've lacked the opportunity.). Bleu Cheese dressing is house-made, and again it's The BEST in the Midwest (at the least). Wait staff has always been solid and often times wonderful. I'll vouch for the pizza and Stromboli as great, but I almost always get the BEST wings in the Midwest. I don't live in Indy anymore but when I visit, it's a part of my meal planning.

There's a price discrepancy on the price of the wings but they were so good I didn't mind paying the extra dollar! The new place is so much better and CLEANER!! The waitress was nice as well. I ordered to go but I couldn't wait to get home to eat so I ate in. Lol overall great experience.
