I placed a mobile order on line to pick up! The cashier behind the counter was rude! My order was promised to me by a certain time I waited almost hour and left with the wrong type of chicken wrong items in my order! Nothing was done about it… I was told they were out of the chicken I ordered online instead of offering me my money back I had to take something I did not want. Let’s talk about customer service they didn’t care either. Do not waste your time here they don’t care about you!!!!!

This is by far the worse KFC. I don’t see how they stay open. I got a kids meal and the only thing in it was the nuggets which they said they didn’t carry and then I asked why it was on the menu. No drink or potatoes. I also received a 10 piece basket of chicken with nothing but legs and wings. Then they refuse to take their own coupons. Buyer beware if you go there.

My gf went thru here for our dinner tonight. From the start it was a horrible experience. At about 7pm they had run out of Mac and cheese. They shorted my gf 3 dollars with her change and made a fuss when she told them. The chicken we ordered was not all cooked properly. And the extra crispy chicken was close to room temp and soggy. The tenders where tiny. The biscuits were still raw in the middle. Can the health department please go shut this place down? I will not ever eat anything from here again. I advise anyone that has kids that may not be old enough to know what properly cooked safe to eat chicken looks and feels like to not risk feeding this to your kids. I'm surprised that they have any customers left with how nasty and lazy they are with cooking.

Visited a few weeks ago and the food was horrible and was overcharged...Brian the manager did make this right though. Went to get the replacement of the credit for the overcharge the next day and the food was not any better in quality. If you like dry, overcooked, and possibly in the heating error past time...this is the place to come. I talked Brian and he is new to the store and in fairness to him he has a journey to help this store. Before sharing this publicly I reached out to corporate on 2/16 spoke to Jolee ref# 01950091 and guess what as of today no follow up! We spent nearly a $100 dollars and I will say the food was not good. Again, I do appreciate the Manager's efforts....but in today's economy that $100 was not justified. Will probably not go back to KFC again... no follow up and just no concern for their customers.

This place is terrible. The workers just don't want to work. Got told it would be 5-25 minutes for our food and when asked what the delay was for they said the chicken(we ordered famous bowls). I think if the drive through guy hit the weed vape a little less things might move a little faster. How does this place even stay open?

Ordered 2 8 piece chicken nuggets. Believe me when I tell you they were dried out and hard like they were cooked yesterday and dark. I wish I had checked them before I left but never again. All I can say is check your food at this location before you leave. In the that drive thru they'll give you anything.
