I arrived at the establishment at 8:20 p.m. they were inside but did not answer the drive-thru I pulled up to the window, a man walked over to get himself a drink not even looking out the window at a customer, I was not notified that they had closed this is pretty standard these days for no customers coming to your restaurants
Let me just start by saying. It has been quite the task to find any restaurant that serves your food the way you order it and tasting great...BUT I went to this KFC today was a big game changer. I am so totally amazed at the service that I received. order was accurate, the food was extremely good. The food was warm. The server was polite kind of caring. Now I know this location just reopened. And I don't mind giving credit where credits due. But this location got 100% my vote....read full review
It was a Tuesday around 3pm. The place was very busy. We ordered online and came in to sit and eat. Most tables were mildly dirty but overall the place was clean including fountain area and the restrooms. We were greeted and helped promptly. My order was hot and fresh. I ordered two 3 piece boxes (breast and wing), Coleslaw and mashed potatos and one popcorn chicken. DELICIOUS!! Jayana was clearly a hard worker and was excellent!!
